Northern Area Sales Manager - Lighting Projects
Southern Area Sales Manager - Lighting Projects

£45 000 - £55 000 plus uncapped OTE (circa £12K - £20K in year 1), Extensive Benefits.

This leading UK-based Lighting company is looking for two field-based Area Sales Managers, one in the north and one in the south of England.

The roles will focus on maximising project revenue within the existing customer base, as well as identifying, securing and growing new business opportunities with new project clients.

The Person
 

  • You will have existing relationships within the Hospitality, Retail and Leisure sector, and project experience within these arenas, within Lighting.

  • You will understand the routes to market for these industry sectors.

  • You will be a “cup half full” individual – someone with positive energy, who connects with people easily.

  • Calm under pressure, you will be accountable, a decision maker, someone who is self-sufficient and hard working.

  • You will be open to sharing your and others’ knowledge and ideas… there are no egos in this team!

  • Entrepreneurial in your approach to finding and securing new business from new and existing accounts.

Medical Sales - Territory Managers
Building the team due to growth:
1) East Midlands
2) West Midlands

£40,000 - £50,000 basic plus uncapped OTE, (circa £15K year one), car or car allowance

a leading UK Medical Devices distributor with partnering exclusively with many manufacturers.  They offer a complementary solution portfolio providing innovative technology for minimally invasive surgery and the surgical operation room.

The Account Manager will drive sales and market expansion for the company's multi-disciplinary product portfolio across the designated region, managing key hospital accounts and executing strategic opportunities.
 
Key responsibilities include:
 

  • Achieve regional sales plan.

  • Identify and engage key accounts, KOLs, and stakeholders in the NHS and private sectors.

  • Develop and implement project plans to achieve sales and market penetration targets.

  • Manage and negotiate contracts, pricing, and tenders in coordination with senior leadership.

  • Provide clinical support, training, and market access insights to enhance product adoption.

  • Maintain strong professional relationships with decision-makers, finance managers, and referring clinicians.

  • Monitor competitive activity and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

  • Represent the business at industry conferences and networking events.

 
You will have:

  • Previous experience in medical devices and experience selling in-theatre

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Thorough understanding of national / local health care systems

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid UK driving license.

  • Willingness to travel as required.

Lighting Design Engineer, West Yorkshire

Up to £38,000, plus various company benefits

With over 100 years of experience manufacturing and distributing Commercial and Domestic Lighting, this organisation is recognised as one of the UK leading Lighting companies.

They are looking for a Lighting Design Engineer who will be responsible for creating and providing a high standard of lighting designs and specifications to meet customers' requirements.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Design and co-ordinate lighting projects from start to finish, using information provided to create a finished presentation for the customer

  • Liaise with the client and other internal departments to discuss ideas, concepts and alternative solutions where required

  • Involved in the creating and designing of well-constructed plans, ensuring building regulations are met whilst providing a high level of knowledge and service to the customer

  • Prepare detailed plans for both internal and external lighting requirements using Relux & Dialux

  • Work as a team to discuss and implement ideas on projects

  • Brief and liaise with the Lighting Design Manager, Technical Director and other departments to ensure projects meet the building regulations and compliance

 
Who are they looking for?

A motivated individual who is keen to develop with a growing business, you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years working within a Lighting Design Engineer role

  • LIA qualification

  • Experience using lighting design software such as Relux, Dialux and/or AutoCAD

  • Demonstrate a good understanding of lighting fundamentals & specifications

  • Organisational and numerical skills to manage projects & budgets

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, with close attention to detail

Sales Hunter - Edenvale, Johannesburg

R 15 000 - R 30 000 CTC per month

THE OPPORTUNITY
An established and innovative vehicle & truck branding company based in Edenvale is looking for high-calibre Sales Professionals to drive new business growth.

This is not an order-taking role.  This is about creating demand, owning your pipeline, and building long-term client relationships.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Hunting for new business through cold calling, canvassing, and smart prospecting

  • Setting up and leading new business meetings with decision-makers

  • Selling solutions, not just products

  • Managing complex sales cycles and national accounts

  • Growing and nurturing long-term client relationships

  • Acting as the key link between clients and internal teams

  • Running your deals like a project manager — structured, organised, and process-driven

  • Reporting on progress, forecasts, and opportunities

Project Manager, Cloud Solutions - Johannesburg

R 55 000 - R 65 000 CTC per month

The Project Manager will focus on developing a plan of action to get a project successfully completed, working across multiple departments, either internal or external, to ensure the project stakeholders’ requirements are included within the confines of the project deliverables

 

The Right Person Will Bring:

 

  • 8-10 years in managing IT related projects

  • 3-5 years Project Team Management or Project Management Office experience

  • Project Management Diploma/Certificate

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, AgilePM or similar is advantageous

General Knowledge

  • Understanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework.

  • Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum).
